I have been debating on leaving devaint art all together as of the last few days .

Devaint art has changed and maybe its not for me anymore . When i first joined you could upload images and comment on them and add them to faves thats all . Sometimes a admin would daily feature your work . This was good for awhile but it became a hassle because in it didnt get me what i wanted for my work was how to do stuff. There was a strong group of users that would work outside this system to create and learn . If a admin had asked me if they could feature me i would of told them no back then . Today i would fight it because it doesnt bring in anything good to me and my art and works . I find what brought me to deviant art to not be here anymore . I find what brought me here on flickr now . This could be do to that i have changed my works to more photograph or it could be that it isnt a popularity contest to get page views there with not content.

I find that my work being featured does nothing to help me have better work or insight. The person that featured me is just as pissed at me as i am at being featured . Because i was the one in a thousand that took the time to reply back that i dont like it . Thats fine its the nature of the internet and ppl . Im sorry if i come accross rude i dont mean to but its my nature to try and speak strait . There are rules writen to this site and to copyright laws that prevent a person from using my work with out notifcation .I have no plans on sending admins after them or anything like that i removed my work and pointed them to the spam and copyright uses faq on the site .

The person that featured me wrote a journal berating my stance on this thats fine and well within there rights . Just like it is my right to remove images and ask them to stop using my work . I tried to explain my point to them but it doesnt seem to work . So i will be done with it now .

All future uses of my work will result in admin contact if i am not contacted first .
All spam msg comments on my work will be reported .
If my wishes on my work are ignored i will remove said work and report a violation .
My stock will always be free to use as stock and print as per standard stock uses .
This means if you want to create art with it great if not then you better be ready to back out your use of it .
If you leave a stupid comment expect a stupid comment .


Im sure there is more but this is enough . For now .
